Unlock Your Brain with NLP
**June Networking – Hello in person!**
Join us on Wednesday 8th June. The session will be a great chance to network, catch up, have a meal together and learn something new.
Our member Lou Laggan will be discussing Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). It is an incredible process that allows you to unlock the secrets of how the brain programmes itself.
Essentially NLP is an enhanced form of ‘brain training’. It’s a Behavioural Science Change Technology that allows you to achieve your desired outcome.
It focuses on the way we think and process thoughts as well as how behaviour and language are used to both express these thoughts and interact with others.
Through the use of language and body language, practitioners are able to change their own thoughts and feelings as well as the thoughts and feelings of those around them, in a predictable way so that we can replace unhelpful behaviours by installing new more useful ones.
Here are just a few of the benefits of NLP:
– Develop the confidence to take action whenever it’s needed.
– Unleash your wealth of inner resources, which will help you when things are tough.
– Build stronger and more satisfying personal and professional relationships.
– Learn how to get the best out of others and yourself.
– Turn your dreams into goals that you deeply believe you can achieve.
– Increased career opportunities and options.
– Develop new and more helpful ways of thinking.
– More effective leadership and management skills.
– Better able to manage your emotions.
– Remove what’s holding you back in business, work or your personal life.
– Change those unhelpful strategies that unconsciously take over.
– Resolve internal conflicts to free up energy to achieve your goals.
– Communicate more effectively.- Understand how your mind works.
– Acquire additional skills to help you achieve more.
How do we do that? To begin we look at the differences between reality and our own version of reality and how that impacts our emotional state, our physical state and our behavioural response.
In June, together with Lou, we will explore how those differences occur and you will have the opportunity to experience how you are capable of so much more than you consciously believe.
If you want to explore this in more detail, Lou is delivering an NLP Diploma and Practitioner Certification from 27th May.
